The Valve Cyber Café Program is the only official program available World Wide for Cyber Cafes to Commercially use Valve Games in their Cafes.
Program Benefits:
Games: Over hundred games are now on the program, including many from other third party publishers. As new games are added to the program you automatically get them added to your Valve Steam Cafe accounts. An up to date list of games on the program can be found here.
Automatic Updates Delivered Via Steam: All of your game subscriptions will be kept up-to-date with the latest versions using Steam's distribution system. New content, bug fixes, and other items which have traditionally been distributed as "patches" will be handled automatically.
Scalability: You only need to pay for as many licenses as you need. As long as you are on the program you many install the Steam client and all the games on as many machines as you like, even though you may have a lower number of licenses. The Cafe Steam accounts will prevent you from logging in more users simultaneously than you have licenses. The minimum number of licence's you may hold is 4.
Price: The UK price for the Valve Cyber Cafe program is £6.95 per license per month. This charge is billed quarterly in advance (annual payment can also be arranged). There is a 10% discount offered to members of the UK LAN Gaming centres Trade Association, IGUK.
